Overview
Client Agents is the Platform workspace for chatting with a selected client's role agents or a client user's personal assistant. Staff choose a deal from the client switcher. Junior Strategists can cover every eligible rollout client Deal, while a client user sees the personal assistant plus the deal-agent roles marked visible for the currently selected permitted deal. The switcher exposes active permitted Deals only and repairs an unavailable saved selection by syncing a valid default. Staff role agents are grouped under collapsible Admin, Core outbound, Website, Sales, and Other headings. The roster can include Inbound Lead Manager when it is provisioned for the selected Deal. Staff can also open their own primary agent from My agents and use its persistent Work context panel, whose visual editor includes Bold, Italic, and Bulleted list controls. The staff roster is intentionally compact: role rows show the role and deal, without CRM Pin or Hide controls or a schedule column. Model and effort remain centrally managed by the current managed profile policy. Staff and client-agent direct links now validate the target against the selected Deal. A valid agentId link opens the target in scope; an unavailable or non-deal target is cleared instead of exposing another scope. Pending client-agent proposals appear inline below the conversation for authorized staff, where Before and After values can be reviewed and approved or rejected. Approved work can show Executing while it runs. Paid list requests use a focused one-click Yes or No approval card in the conversation, and files delivered by the selected deal agent can be opened from inline chips or Files. When staff save a Work context note, a timeout or connection error is shown and the draft remains available for retry. On a client role agent, staff-only Memory, approval controls, Run now, and enable or pause controls are hidden. When staff switch Deals from this page, the workspace carries the selected role and opens the matching role in the new Deal when it is available, without reusing the previous Deal agent id. Activity cards use plain-language labels and short file summaries; raw commands, absolute paths, and technical results stay hidden from client-facing views, while privileged internal viewers can expand technical details when permitted. Staff who open their own primary personal agent can also receive a separate source-bound Paid list approval panel with the original question, provider, operation, and contact count. Earlier batch items gate later approvals, and submitted or held states are informational; external clients never see this staff-only panel. Privileged staff can also open Edit for a selected role agent. The form shows the role-derived Agent type, schedule, and Tool access & harness panel. Client agents inherit their role baseline, show active capabilities locked to the selected deal, and no longer expose a per-agent Training or Live switch. Client users do not see Edit. Only current provisioned core and specialist roles appear in the roster; unavailable or retired role types are omitted.
How to use this page
Select a deal
Staff use the client switcher to choose the deal that scopes the workspace. Junior Strategists can choose any eligible rollout client Deal for cross-client coverage; other staff retain their assigned or otherwise permitted scope. A client with multiple active deal memberships can choose one of those permitted Deals; archived or inactive memberships are not selectable. If a saved selection is no longer available, the switcher syncs an available default. A single-deal client sees a locked deal label. If staff are already in a role-agent conversation, switching Deals carries that role into the new Deal when it is provisioned there; it does not reuse the prior Deal agent id.
Open the client agent view
Staff see the selected deal's available role agents. Expand or collapse Core outbound, Website, Sales, or Other to scan the functions. A client login sees the personal assistant plus role agents marked visible for the currently selected permitted deal. Staff role agents are grouped under Admin, Core outbound, Website, Sales, and Other when those groups are provisioned. The roster can include Inbound Lead Manager. Only current provisioned role agents appear; unavailable or retired role types are omitted.
Open a role agent
Select a role row such as Agent Director, Email Responder, List Building Specialist, Website Developer, or another available role. The compact staff row shows the role and its deal, then the workspace loads the selected agent.
Use staff Work context
Staff who open their own primary agent in My agents can click Work context to add a note or Markdown item in the visual editor, use Bold, Italic, or Bulleted list formatting, optionally add a tag, hold selected page text, or remove held items. The global sidebar keeps notes, decisions, snippets, links, and held messages available across staff pages. Client users see their personal assistant and do not see this staff-only panel. If saving a new note times out or fails, the panel keeps the draft and shows an error so staff can retry; it clears only after the server returns the stored item.
Chat or run
Use the composer to send a request, dictate, attach a supported file, or start a focused run. Empty conversations offer Catch me up, Make a plan, and Review your last run starters. The selected agent follows its centrally managed profile; individual agents do not pick a model. While a response is streaming, you can select and copy text without the transcript auto-scrolling over the selection. When a paid list action needs approval, the conversation shows a dedicated Yes or No card instead of requiring a separate Submit answers step. Activity cards summarize work with a human-readable action label and a short file or task summary instead of raw commands or absolute paths. Privileged internal viewers can expand technical details when their role allows it; client-facing views keep those details hidden. When staff receive an exact paid list handoff in their own primary personal-agent chat, a separate Paid list approval panel shows the original question, provider, operation, and contact count.
Review workspace tabs
Use Conversation, History, Memory, Files, and Edit when available. Authorized staff review proposed client-agent actions in the inline approval panel below the conversation. Each card shows the Deal, proposed action, target, Before, and After values. Choose No, reject or Yes, approve and run; an approved item can show Executing while it is processed. Files delivered by the selected deal agent can appear inline with the run and remain available in Files. Paid list approvals use a dedicated one-click card. Run activity remains concise and readable, with technical details available only to privileged internal viewers. Staff-owned primary-agent chats can also show a source-bound Paid list approval panel. It reports waiting, submitted, or held states when the handoff cannot currently be approved.
Review client-agent settings as staff
Privileged staff can choose Edit for a selected role agent. Review its role-derived Agent type, schedule, and Tool access & harness panel. Client agents show the CLIENT-SCOPED role baseline, with capabilities active by default and locked to the selected deal; the per-agent Training or Live switch is no longer present. Client users do not see Edit. Staff can save allowed form or schedule changes with Save changes.
Test or impersonate a permitted view
Authorized staff can use Test visibility to choose a user and Login as to reload the Client Agents workspace with that user's permitted deal and agent view.
Keep a direct link
Use an agentId link, bookmark, or refresh to keep the selected agent when it remains in the current Deal scope. Opening a role-agent link records the role in the URL. When staff switch Deals from this page, the role hint is carried to the new Deal and the matching role opens when available; the old Deal agent id is never reused across scopes. A direct link is accepted only when the target remains in the selected Deal scope; an unavailable or non-deal target is remapped to an available role or cleared.
Review Agent Metrics
Open the Metrics child under Platform > Agents to review prompt activity and usage for the selected active Deal. Choose a date range, read the summary band, and sort the agent table by any visible column. The metrics page keeps the same Deal scope and does not expose spend or model pricing.
Use a client-visible role agent
External clients can select an approved role agent from the selected Deal and use its conversation, History, Files, and Start fresh controls. The list is limited to roles marked visible for that Deal in the CRM Client Agents matrix. Client role agents do not expose staff-only Memory or approval controls, Run now, or an enable or pause toggle. Staff continue to see the tools allowed by their role.
Approve a proposed action as staff
When an authorized staff user sees a pending proposal below the conversation, review its Deal, target, Before, and After values. Choose No, reject or Yes, approve and run. Client users do not see this staff-only approval panel.
Approve a delegated paid list handoff
Staff who open their own primary personal agent may see a Paid list approval panel below the conversation. Review the original question and the provider, operation, and contact count, then choose Approve or Reject when the item is actionable. Later items in the same batch wait for earlier approvals, while Submitted and Held states require no additional click. External clients do not see or use this panel.
